POTTASIUM MAXXING IS A LIE
Not so long ago, when I started my self-improvement journey, I heard something called Pottasiummaxxing. It's a simple concept: Our body stores sodium inside it, but this sodium can cause fluid retention in several parts of our body, especially our face, thus leading to puffy faces. We all hate having puffy faces since they are known to hide our faces' sharp features. The community introduced something known as Pottasiummaxxing.
Pottasiummaxxing works, you take in an excessive amount of potassium into your body and that helps you to flush out the fluid retentions in your face making it leaner and sharper, the potassium content is often recommended to be taken from bananas as bananas have a higher volume of Pottasium in them.
But the problem is taking too much potassium and flushing out all the sodium from our body is never good, as our body needs sodium for theroid glands, we need sodium for good health, and on the other side flushing of sodium will indicate our body to save sodium whenever possible so that it could be used later. We couldn't go for a sodium-based diet in our daily lives.
Remember Water Retention??
Therefore potassium maxxing makes your face look more puffy and can cause several issues the real and easy way to depuff your face is through reducing overall body fat, staying hydrated, and doing some face yoga(I know it sounds new but it's worth it.)with this said this is me Rahil Shelby
